If I try 5 times to access random functions or pages on the webiste in 2 cases or more from those 5 I will get:

"Software error:

Can't connect to Mysql server. at Modules/DataBase.pm line 28.
For help, please send mail to the webmaster (webmaster@filemates.com), giving this error message and the time and date of the error."

Can you please fix this?
 
WOW! It's this for real? I mean is this happening like everyday or every week? Is this thing planned to happen at a constant rate? 99% of the hosts I have worked with are doing this in background and links are always available for download... You can't bring the hole site down... for maintenance!

Again is this gonna happen constantly? I am new with this host and want to know. Maybe the oldest uploaders using this host or the filemates representative can respond me...
 
What the hack is going on? I just started working with this host, I was not very forced to change the host regarding the circumstances but I chose to do so and the website is working very very hard...
I mean the first impression of this hosts to users, I am sorry to say this, is junk! Please fix this asap!

The website is working but is working slow as a crippled snail!
 
The site had been down for maintenance just for 10 minutes in order to solve a problem with a corrupted table in the database...

It is back... Also changed some configuration to try to solve the problem with mysql connection error that you get.
 
Your website is very very slow... Please for the love of God fix this... I try connecting to the main site and at least 10 seconds and at the 02:53 PM hour is not even working.
Oh super I received this:

So, i think I made a mistake by changing the hosts...

Same for me, since about two days i could not get remoted any file from my RS account to there:
Error: File download failed:500 Server closed connection without sending any data back

I do not think that RS is blocking Filemates already,
I believe Filemates is blocking us to do it.

Filemates, im getting many files with errors

What is happening?!

Did you lost some servers data?

Some files are taking forever to load
