Paypal issues with filemates

I tried to use my Paypal account to upgrade my account to premium on filemates, but got a message saying the following:
In English the message is:
Can you guys fix this or give me a workaround? I also left a message in your "Contact us" section, but received no response.

is your account verified account ? My account is verified by phone and a real bank account. I extended my account with 2 months without problem.

I've been a verified member of paypal since when it first started, and use it regularly for premium memberships at several filehost services. But whenever I try to upgrade from my free filemates account to premium, via the 7.99 Euro link on the filemates.com webpage, it sends me the following message:
This is for the premium@filemates.com email address that the link automatically provides. Now, I can try to send the money directly to this address by opening PayPal directly from my end, but I would like some guarantee that you would receive this and upgrade my account if I include my account name (rawtape) in the accompanying email. I am a little wary since there was no reply when I asked about this problem through the "contact us" section on filemates.com.
Dear friend, this is really strange. We will be in contact with paypal to check it out. We are receiving payments every second and i do not see the reason this message appears to you. anyway, if you pay through paypal directly just send a pm with transaction id and filemates username

Just requesting my 1st payment :D let see when get it.....
Hi all in the WJ community... We have been victims of fraud. Ok... it is normal. We expected it would happen one day!
There have been new registrations, from paypal hacked accounts. The referrals earned the commissions and got paid in just few hours after their request as we always do.
Then the hacked paypal account owners asked for a refund and we had to refund, of course.
Thus, we lost few money because of this.
It is OK. We were lucky to see what happens soon.
This way we must change few rules.
We will pay not in 24 hours but in 72. Of course uploaders that have been with us long time and we know that are earning money legally, according to rules will be paid very fast as always. The rest of the uploaders and the new ones, will be paid during the first 72 hours after a payment request.
This way, we have time to receive, if any, paypal refund requests and deduct the money from the uploader.
I can not understand why people don't want to play the game well. What have they earned this way??? Almost nothing... $20 one of them, $13 another...
They earned tooooo little but we lost enough.
Anyway... That's the news from us. Sorry if we change this but i don't think it is that serious problem to receive your payments in 72 hours instead of 24... This way we can control better our commissions security

I think this is the best way to protect ourselves... We have proven during this time that we pay always very fast, we are not scammers etc etc... So, we deserve 48 more hours to get protected from people that want to harm us. Appreciate your understanding mate and your support... and hope everybody accepts it, too!!!- Status
