I apologize for the delay and this frustrating time and are doing everything in our power to remedy the situation as soon as possible.
Unfortunately we cannot provide you with a time frame. We anticipate that we will be able to restore bank wire services to Payza members by the beginning of this year. However we are still in the process of transitioning to a new service provider for bank wire services.
I appreciate for your patience and I can assure you that we are doing everything we can to resolve this issue.
