hi..,
i uploaded a lot of files
but.., nobody likes to download from filelaser
but the same files with other host i get lot of downloads
i wonder why ??? whether download speed is low...?? what might be the problem ??
did u provide live stats or not ??

Your files are likely not being downloaded due to our new server's drives not allowing speeds over 100mbit. I've got an incident report in with the the ISP now and they should be replaced shortly.
I can share with you that our total download count is close to 70,000, and we have close to 400,000 active reward points.

in a Spanish forum I saw the following comment .
I have my reservations about using filehosts using yabsoft script, as in this case, because this script is very easy to get via warez, and very easy to get it working in shoddy servers that do not provide long-term guarantees . I know of no filehost currently on the market to pay, using this script ... the vast majority, riding filehosts using this script, do it to make money in the short term and then give the pyro. Not that this is fraudulent as I have no evidence or otherwise I can confirm, as is the exception confirming the rule ... but until I see proof of payment, I at least I refrain from using it.

I did not see a point anywhere in that wall of text. If you're trying to imply we're using a generic filehost script, I'm afraid you're very mistaken.in a Spanish forum I saw the following comment .

If you look up 2 posts to my last post you will see the reason. Our hard drives were defective and have been replaced.

It's was more time fileserve, filesonic.... the professional team that settled the problem quickly.

As I said, all hard disks on the server were defective and had to be replaced. Normally RAID would be able to save the files, but since all of the disks were defective this wasn't the case.
I'll be doing much more thorough tests on the hard drives in future before turning on new servers. Hopefully this will be the end of any issues.

again...,tomorrow don't tell we delete all files bcoz of some issue...
its been a trend followed by you...we upload files the next day u delete all the files quoting some reason...
whether all problems solved or not...?? reply clearly

Transfer speeds are already looking much higher with the new drives, so I'm going to say that the problems are solved.
I stated at the start that this is a beta. This is entirely new technology and there's going to be some growing pains. If you want to avoid that then use an XFileShare site. There's hundreds to pick from.
Our goal is to provide the best hosting site for both uploaders and downloaders. I very much plan to reach this goal. These issues hurt me just as much as they hurt you, but we will eventually work everything out. Most bugs in the upload software are now fixed. The only thing left is to fix remote upload sometimes not working, which I'm close to. This was an unavoidable hardware failure. I could have checked the drives beforehand, but I didn't expect all drives in a new server to fail.
I understand if you don't wish to continue using FileLaser, and hope you'll try again in a few weeks/months.
