I finally got an answer and they are a scamm.

My premium acount that i paid for 1 year still diasabled and the files active.

I abide by the rules, there is no abuse, but also bought a senior member, I do not understand why my users to disable???? Wrote letters also do not return to me! Not going to solve does not intend to pay yet????

Yes, i also received a few payments, then they "disabled" the account when i finally was making $80+ a week, and after i paid a year of premium service.

I wrote "disabled" because the files still active making money for them.

And up of this message other scammed user.

Scamming.

I like how your message here says how you were 'scammed' but then in the message you sent me you 'know what the problem was' so you clearly knew you were disabled for a reason but wanted to play innocent. Anyhow I have read your message and I will look into it and get back to you asap.

I like how you play dementia about the "disabled" account but the files still active making money for your filehoster.

What i don't like is the lack of respect in your lines, yes i was scammed by filejungle, here in this post where i'm telling the users about the mistake that i told you in the PM, i'm not playing the innocent!, same things that i told you in the PM are here in public:

At this point i don't care anymore about your service but i promise you that i'll continue coming to tell the users that your service is a scamm.

So don't bother because i already had an answer from the customer support, and they told me (without a reason) that they can't do anything about it.

And... what is really spam is the activity of the representatives of your service, going to the warez sites to beg the publishers to use filejungle, or to send information about "promotions", i guess to scamm more people.

What payment method? Webmoney? If so read your dashboard.

StillCyco - It has nothing to do with dementia, let's assume you have been wrongly disabled and we do re-enable your account, how would you feel if all your files were gone? Quite upset I would assume. That's why your files are not deleted when an account is disabled as it is a pending case since not everyone who is disabled stays that way.
