In case you didn't receive the email from us,
As promised we will start to payout right after 24 hours, that means the program will restart right after 24 hours.Everything will be exactly the same as usual.
So it's good to start uploading right now, and again, thanks for all the kindness support words to us through PM and Skype.
Also, within the first week, we will have 10% promotion for all the earning request for all uploaders, enjoy it!

YES, the problem is all solved right now, thanks for your waiting man.
AND YES, it's totally safe to return, will start to count right after 24 hours. For deletion, we may still have to follow the copyright holder's instruction to delete the files if it's reported.

Thanks for your reply here,
before this small break, the only issue we have is the investigation of the copyrighted companies, their request is only to apply the regulation to this site, and we decided to work with them for long run. For this problem, we've kinda solve it, now we have a good relation with them already.
For others, we will start to count the downloads right after 23 hours and 10 minutes, So it's good to upload now.
And we paid every earning that requested by uploaders.
Do take note that downloads within 24 hours still won't be counted, it's still under probation for us with in 24 hours.:facepalm:

I totally understand your concern of this, but now that is what we can do for the most.
But what I promise is, since now we are all clear with the major companies in this field, in the following months we will be much more stable and confident. So there will be a lot of promotion, will try our best to give out more profit for uploaders.

And welcome back here as usual, hope can be long term run here.
Maybe now we prefer to add more promotion time to time, for every uploaders, for earnings if in future we grow bigger, we surely will consider about increasing it. hah, this will happen, but maybe give it some time right?
As the core meaning is, we are trying to build Fileinz as good site that can provide stable income for uploaders day to day, so that is why we trying to make everything stable at our side, as well as the payment rate.
For the file deletion, we also hope will not hope to get a lot, but that is part of the business right, thanks for understanding.
