Click on a folder then right click and select "[FONT=Open Sans, sans-serif]settings", check "[/FONT]Only Premium members will be able to download" and click save.

You can create a folder in root and set that folder to premium only. Then move everything to that folder and upload all your stuff to that folder and everything will be premium only. On the old website you could select that all files should be premium only if you was a premium member already. If you have premium, look for a section called "Download settings" in the account settings area, under "Download settings" are an option for premium to all files. Just unsure if they removed it or not.

I requested payment from filefactory 3 months ago and and I saw here few messages that they can delete your account or ban when you request money. After all I contacted with ff support and cancelled my payment for create vouchers and one month ago they paid everybody. Im really unlucky I requested again hope they will pay.

For a second i thought i was banned for some reason, but i've just checked my other account (free and non-affiliate), and i can NOT sign in either. So it seems like a general issue.

Clearly, it's a major issue on FF side. Authentication mechanism is broken, and password reset option is not working either. Boooo!

Same here, I thought I was banned, because I uploaded some pornographic material. And password reset also don't work. However some of my files are still availabe, but some are not.

What i dont understand, i see some fresh factory links on net (i can see when i click links: abc.avi uploaded 2 minutes ago etc) ...so how can some people upload, and why others can not?

The issue has been solved!

The login /password issue should be resolved now. It was due to a security update that went wrong. Sorry about that! Please try again and let me know if you have any issues.

Same here, files can't be download due the servers maintenance, I had to upload them again, now my earnings are normal (but I think the maintenance is still ongoing)
