Basic registered users get 500gb of storage and inactive files are deleted after 90 days.
Premium users get "unlimited" storage and inactive files are not deleted.
Though I think I'd heard someone say the FF hassled him when he hit 1TB. But just treat that as an unconfirmed rumor, I don't know that for sure.

Waste of time hyp trying to help folk, most people are too lazy to read, so Im posting what I posted before a couple of days ago in this thread;
UPDATE
Filefactory usually reply very quickly to me and once again they have, there will be an Official Announcement from them when the set up of their new servers are completed. From my experience this can take anything from 24-72 hours, so please be patient guys. This will be of benefit to all of us.
I also pointed out to them that their download service had slowed down too, compared to what it was. All this was caused by the tremendously high new demand for their service/server.
At least they are responding and their response, I have found, is very fast from their support team. I have faith in this File Host, more than any other, so much so that I bought a Premium Account with them, and havent with any other except Rapidshare.
Here is part of their message to me;

Upload speed remote Sucks and also Rs link not working via remote.
Yea, they've been slow as hell recently. That said, I think uploaders and downloaders should think about the implications of all this.
They have been upgrading servers, they have been updating their tools, and they DO respond to what users want (I just started being a premium account now that they have a "Lifetime" option).
I have to say, their filemanager is pretty damn awesome. I mean, one or two tweaks and they thing'll be a damn myth--so pleasant for people like me who upload a lot of files and organize everything into folders and sub-folders.

Yup I agree, but they have an excellent customer support service, at least they reply your support questions. Not many filehost do that, I commend them for that. Their upload speed has been slow but it has gotten faster, and it will improve in the next few days.
