With the proper court orders:
The file host will hand in your (fake) IP address and payment info --> paypal/webmoney/etc will hand in your (fake) IP address and personal info --> your proxy provider will hand in your real IP address --> your ISP will hand in your location and actual info
Heck how the hell are you gonna cash in the money in your paypal account? Make a bank account with fake info and withdraw the money in that account? What are you gonna do about the cameras in the bank which capture everyone's movement 24/7?
The one and only reason nobody is coming after us, as Jesse mentioned, is because we're the small fish and we're not important enough for the authorities to come after us; if they wanted to, no matter how many different proxies and how much fake info we use, they'll easily find us.

A small fish? I don't agree! It's often the small fish who pay for the big. In France there is many example of small uploader who has been arrested.
Antipiracy compagny love the small fish because they know they don't have enough money to be defended. And obviously the big fish take a lot of precaution contrary to small fish. So stop saying that the antipiracy don't care about small uploader.

The anti-piracy groups in France must be so desperate that they go after small uploaders, it simply isn't worth the time and effort to go after such people because they most probably wouldn't have enough money to pay the fine.

Don't worry Darkacidblue, in my opinion FAP is not an efficient organization, so even if you are living in spain, you don't to worry about
