i can give you 5 names of filehosts with custom scripts that turned out to be scams..
A script isnt = with scam, and you misjudge the terms, manny filehost dont turn out scam, they turn out bankrupt..cause paypal, cause spammers, cause etc..
You cannot name a new filehost scam based on your description, of course we can discuss about how long they will keep the current rates and all but is a big gap between details and that awfull word.
