This means when a user buys premium using the affiliate link (like the banners you have on the banners page) the uploader doesn't gets a penny. When a user buys premium after clicking on of the uploaded files, again the user doesn't gets a penny. This is going on since when ?

Added after 12 minutes:

There is a method I'm using that works like a charm. People who follow my uploads sends me their usernames after purchasing premium so I can check if I get the credit. They buy using my affiliate link. I have send filecyber list of users who most probably bought premium usıng my link. I have received this response :

Dear,

We move these member to your refer, but they're in subscription status so you have to wait to next their payment, you should ask them register via your link before upgrade to premium:


These user below download your files because they're not premium status, you should set premium only for all your files:



"Is there a problem with paygate ? I rarely go below 5 sales a day. "
- We see no problem, we still get more than 500 sales per days from our affiliates. Change all your files to premium status only to increase your sales.

I thought at least he added users under my account. Then more users started to appear saying they have bought using my link but they were no where to be found on my account. I send the usernames to support.

I really want to believe your good faith but the system is not working correctly. And I am losing here. It's 11 premium members in less than a week.

You must know even you use virtual machine in your Real computer, it is still one IP from your internet device. Why your other refer still in your refer, it our system not working correctly, it must be no refer to your account, we also don't get any complain about refer from other affiliates.

We have one solution for you, that's you must be let your user register as your refer first, then give them your premium link later to make sure they already your refer.

I know. And I was using a VPN. Here is another one with IP tests.

Clicking affiliate link doesn't work. Buying premium after clicking a file link doesn't. Only thing that works is if the user first freely download a file and than registers.



I have a feeling this is just a system problem. Not on purpose.

Added after 6 minutes:

Today I've asked him compensation for the users I have brought to him (that he admitted that I have brought them by adding them to my account) but didn't receive any commission because of a problem at his system. I received the below response:

Dear,

All your affiliates payment via Credit Card and they're in subscription status, we can't manual config it to credit sales to your account again. As solution we offer for you before that let your affiliates register first then let them upgrade later, or you can move to other file host and next monday we still payment normal for you - that's thing we don't want too, we also wait xfilesharing to fix this problem but they still not answer.

How about the sales made through (not just by mine) the affiliate links and files ? Only sales we got are from people who have downloaded freely a file from us before registering ?

Have fun with it.

Dear,

Actually we just get this report from you, other middle/big affiliates seem not care about this because they still get sales from premium download link, you lost around 2-3 sales daily, we also advice you solution to check your members before they upgraded from yesterday, but we respect all affiliates because even they have big sale or not - we still work together. So we hope you can sympathy, you don't want it, we also have that feelings.

You can track your account if it has anyone login to your account so you can prevent it.

Due lot of request of affiliates want our system more good as some big other file host, so we changed by using Email to register/login to our system.
This also can help prevent some Brute-force attack and let our system more professional.

a suggestion, can you add detail stats for website sales (perhaps like in Premium Sales column '0 / $0') as well so I can monitor how many premium sales I missed.

Some of users get fraud payment ( card stolen ) so we removed some payments and maybe if effect to your stats, we checked and returned money to you.
