For remote upload direct url will work 100% but for openload, userscloud and such 3rd party sites we use external API to generate direct download links it may goes down some time. We are trying to find some stable solution for that.

We have already resolved this issue, this should not occur! May i know you are getting this error on web upload or url upload.
Iam extremely sorry for the inconvenience, we just checked our 3rd party api zevera is down for some reason so there was some issue with the remote upload, we have resolved it. Now you can use direct link of the file to upload to our servers.
