meanwhile, they're still collecting money from your files...

A payment request have been made in my account without my knowledge, with a payment method that I never used before, and apparently it has been paid the same day (usually it never happens), sent an e-mail to ask for explanations about what happend...some hours after that I couldn't acces my account, it was deleted.
