I tested it, and you do get profit from paypal sales. They need to create an account before buying premium, and when they do, they end up in your referral list, and anytime that user buy premium after that, you get paid.
The rebill money goes to the user whose file was downloaded last before the automatic rebill occurs.

Getting much less rebills on this host compared to others. Most likely due to paypal and several other special payment methods being non-recurring.
On the positive part, good sales and no refunds.
