I have used this host ever since I started this thread 5.5 years ago and I've earned great money with it, sadly it seems like this is the end, payouts aren't paid, bugs aren't fixed and admin is nowhere to be seen.
Judging by the File.al support thread at rebill.me, they've had economical problems for a long time but admin refused to tell anyone the reasons. My guess is that they gambled with all their money on the crypto market and lost it, I see no other explanation as the site was going strong and there was no reason to shut it down.

I'm moving all my work to Xubster.com, they are very similar to what File.al was in it's prime years, but with a more responsible owner, and they have an official support thread here on wjunction.
