About FTP Upload, the problems are solved.
Who want premium users, PM me. We are giving free premium if we see acceptable traffic from you.
About all problems that I cannot handle myself, I am here only to send your requests on to our technical team.
About the free storage, for the moment we cannot increase it, because we are using SAS Hdd's for high speed, and these hdd's have maximum 600GB each, so we need to much servers and hdd's if we increase that space. Just check the price of SAS HDD 15k RPM (I am not complaining, maybe I will be penalized for this answer by my team, but I need to tell you).

Can you please fix the public link for folder?
Your site refers the folder public link as:
fiberupload.com/users/xxxx/11111/xxxx
But anyone can go back through the `back` button, and browse every files, every folders in user`s account which is embarrassing.
The folder public link should be like;
fiberupload.com/folder/11111/

Please increase the download speed for unregistered users.
In the beginning if you want more users you have to give them something.
If a unregistered user usually download from Hostfile A at 50kb and the new Hostfile have 50kb or less, the user never will try the new.
And talk to jdownloader team to lunch the new update quickly, because they already make the change to work with fiberupload at 8 days or more, but not lunched the new version. People that use jdownloader (80% ? more?) add the files to jdownloader, it shows offline, and don't download it.
One more time: If you want to earn 100 in the future you have to spend 10 in the present. If you want to spend 1 in the present you will have 2 in the future!

There isn't a 30-50kb/s speed setting here. We allocated more speed for premiums because they pay and we need to provide what we sold.
Free users download speed is on best effort on every server, so that means that a free user could download at 50KB and other free user at 500kb/s.
Also you need to know that no free user will receive less than 50kb/s.

Why you don't make a download and try yourself ?!
Don't make me a liar, I know what settings we have on our website. Is set on minimum 50kb/s for free users.
