the problem is very specific is like 1 of 1000 user have problems for enter or download but when they refreshed they can enter is a example maybe is 1 of 10000 but better check because the site has grown very fast maybe is a overload problem

I saw it too, it might be that. I will check max connection and everything else.
Thank you

i try to upload 9 time but its held at 1 sec please fix it :(

For everyone is working fine. When the site is generating links, it can take a little while. Maybe your PC (or browser) is not working so well..
Change your browser or try from another PC and let me know.
Thank you

You don't have option for ftp upload ...?

We are working on that. In 24 hours it will be done ...Let's say maximum 48 hours!

For admin ...
Are you still deleting premium user's files after 60 days inactivity ? I can see why you might do this but please think of it this way - although it might be ok (ish) for forum posters, it is totally not good for people who base a website (blog or whatever) around your links. People like to dig into the archives and find old posts, and the links need to be live or there is little point in having a big and growing site. It's the very fact that a site has a lot of 'back catalogue' which influences people to buy premium accounts - if the old stuff is all dead there's not much incentive to buy anything really. In point of fact there's not even much incentive for uploaders to go premium unless it brings permanent storage.
I hope the above makes sense :)

Ps: for what it's worth, it's for exactly this reason that I have not started to work with this new(ish) host - in other respects it looks pretty good to me, and for sure there's a big space right now for a file host that can really deliver (for both the affiliates and the end users).

I totally agree. The long trail, in the long term, is a third of the income.
