Why some files are on a zero downloads but last week when I did not have a file that would have less than a hundred downloads.

@Fiberuplaod i see that you remove Alert Pay as a payment option.
I'm not able to use PayPal in my country, so If you don't want to return Alert Pay or add Skrill, tell me.

They should be downloaded hundreds.
But there is still downloads count today from other files.
Is it because these no-statistics files uploaded by FTP?

Just curiosity, but do you mind to share what you upload ? In total over 15000 downloads, only 2 sales, some days over 3700 downloads, other days less as 10.... A bit unusual if you ask me, but I'm sure there is a good explanation for it. Admin posted that some accounts are under review, guess you are one of the lucky ones

PPS for sure, if you don't upload rubbish. If you can not have at least one sale per 150 downloads, please look out for another hobby and stop using bandwidth and blocking the servers )

We want to add alertpay, but they have serious problems with their website. All premium sales via alertpay are "on hold" and they cannot verify credit cards so we can add money to our account.
We will call them again and see how we can solve this problems.
I am sorry, but is not our fault. They need to solve their problems.
