Father's Day is coming up, and I was thinking about online projects.
If you had to pass one online asset to your kids or family in the future, what would it be?
A domain, a traffic site, a file hosting project, an email list, a brand, a content site, a SaaS tool, or something else?
The practical question is whether the next person could keep it running. A project is much easier to pass on if they know the domain, hosting, renewal dates, email access, payment setup, and basic daily operations.
