Dude,there are lot of things that you have to be careful when making a deal,and it is hard to make a deal with quality page itself,so don't tell me it is easy.

The steps are : Generate quality content, Be active on the page, engage with the customers regularly. You can also join same niche groups that can give exposure to your page.
