And, if someone copy files from one to another account at Extabit. Does original uploader get counts for downloads or something?

FTP is very slow. Only more than 100KBps. And some file not show in filemanager althought FTP compeleted. Please check it.

Inactive files for free user are deleted in 20 days,for premium users inactive files are deleted in 30 days

Your rate depends on your effictiveness and traffic quality.If you're on PPD the system counts the number of Premium sales in relation to the number of downloads
