slow upload/download with new servers?

The servers are overloaded.We've temporary disabled the new partner registration because we want to provide ouf affiliates with high service quality.We'll enable the affiliate program after the UL/DL speed will be normalized.

I have recently registered on extabit and i am unable to activate my affliate account. I just want to know that if i buy premium will i be able to activate my affliate account ??

what about the change in your storage policy? you said you will change it a week ago, I started to use extabit nearly a month ago and my backups are going to be deleted because they are not public, what should i do? I can't reupload it with the current speed.
