I'm unable to RU from Rapidshare. I've been trying for a couple weeks now. I've tried with hhtps and without the http. I tried using user:pass@, but to no avail. Just keep getting error

How can I join the affiliate program and add my payment option ? When I go to Partner menu-->Profile, or Partner menu-->Payments, I'm getting redirected to their affiliate page...

The tariff is calculated for each partner. It depends on the traffic quality; i.e. the number of Premium sales in relation to the number of downloads.
Improve your traffic quality and you will improve your rate.
