Anyone know wht premium acct went free?

Am only using it to download - suddenly since last night my valid premium acct reverted to free when using JD - but logged in in extabit it shows correctly the duration of my paid premium.

Does anyone know why?

Are you able to upload the files proudgreenyin? ZOOM upload fails. Don't see web upload in the website. FTP working, but files aren't showing in File Manager.
