Proaudiozone.info ı think this is depends on paypal rules
and they do not like for extabit, cause they take and give too many money
using paypal. Paypal see it can be illegal transaction. To prevent this
they prefer giving permission for 1 month.

Why longer accounts works for other companies cause they earn 1% of
extabit and send and get very few compared to extabit.
Paypal does not make problem this.
