I've asked about this, and seems like there is still problems with it
- extabit was planning to add CCBill but there is problem to find a right company accepting extabit
- Paypal don't allow this right now, but let's hope admin will be able to negotiate with PP to sell at least 3 months acc.

May be it would help you to solve your cc & paypal problems. This 2 third party payment processors accept almost all popular payment methods. Regards YWM
