Ive noticed that the system will never let you earn more than 50% of what your sales represent.

So if you got two sales, you earned them: 26USD. Depending on what type of program you have, the system won't let your earn more than 13USD until you get a new sale that will increase your 26USD value.

On the contrary, if you want to decrease incoming traffic due to hardware restrain, making it less useful for new uploaders will be the best choice, hence closing the aff program for newly registered until the hardware get a new update is a very smart move.
