On a side note anyone know on rebills - if an existing customer (who signed on through you) rebills through someone else's link do you get rebill or does the other guy get it???

When i m back to PPD Rates 10.60$ and GOing up 13$ then 17 then 20$ mean sale Going but not showing i think u cheeting or something else i cant be understand is that possible without sale Rate going up ? One more thing i want to know what is difference between Pending Payout and wating payout :P mmy Pending Payout 60$ and wating payout 50
