Expired domain redirect

Hello, my domain recently expired it is still in domain server they say it will release the domain after 1 month

so my question is can i redirect my domain name to new domain without renew of my old domain just for 1 month

No, you can not do that since you may not have any access over the domain, even if it were to simply change the DNS. However, you can do that if you renew it right now, or re-register it a month later.

It seems that your domain has been locked for a month. Within this time you can neither transfer or register your domain nor redirect to another domain.
