Evoswitch is state of art data center. If you receive multiple complaints - they will shut you off. For spam and etc. go host at OVH.

no, i dont have a server with them, but i do know for sure through a friend that he had his server nullrouted after 3 copyright claims by various groups

Stop calling it EwoSwitch.

EvoSwitch is a decent datacenter.
You can always use Splitice's reverse proxy to avoid issues like this.
