Yesterday we have restarted all failed videos of last 7 days, we integrated auto-retry for failed videos so our system will automatically restart encoding for them

This caused a large queue which is mainly the reason for the delay

actually I see the Queue is back to normal

It's still remains our decision to activate Automatic Payouts for someone or not, in case we do not trust the traffic we will not enable it especially turkey/Vietnam etc countries .

And since most of your traffic is from Tukey + high views from VPN/Proxies it will be not enabled for your account.

You have removed the videos when they was on pending status, and re-uploaded them, we use MD5 to prevent double uploads and since original videos are marked as pending new videos are skipped for encoding. (bug)

I can ether remark the deleted videos as Online again and force encoding, or remove all videos of yesterday so you can re-upload them
please let me know how you wish to process please :)

My question is related to myvidster again. I got an e-mail in which they told me that they are waiting for details to see how they can support evoload domain. So is everything going OK and have they agreed to unblock it and it's just coding process taking a little long or should we not expect evoload unblocked on myvidster anytime soon?

The support depends on the type of the request, you want to hard delete the videos and this needs to be done manually from DB,

Not everyone on our team has privileges or knowleges to do that that's why the delay.

I'm sorry there is still no update, we have sent them API access and everything they required last week already, and contacted them this week twice, still no reply at all.

I believe they are still working to integrate our API

Thanks for the answer. I made the necessary explanation about traffic. I have no fault. No publisher likes this traffic, as the ad fee for traffic is low. But local advertisers pay well for this traffic. I'll be waiting for you to take out the premium plan. So I will add my own ads. it will be beneficial for both sides. You are a good man, Jason.
