are you uploading in mp4 format so it doesnt need encoding?

can you check if a server has issues, freshly uploaded mp4 files are coming up with the "the media could not be loaded error"

Possibly they are still cached on the encoding servers, wait few minutes and test.

In case there is still errors please PN me some urls to see which server has the problems

but these are MP4 files that shouldnt need to be re-encoded, they should just be good to go
