On my side the uploads are not solved, cannot upload out of every 20 files 19 give an error, I cannot be watching all my videos but I understand that the drop in visits will be that many are not reproduced and by not reproducing there is no gain, we have so many days
1. I have constant problems with uploading every damn day
2. Counting dies twice a week (i start thinking you're doing that on prupose)
3. Videos are not playable 3 times a week
And i will skip the fact that if i refresh the panel 3 times i get timeouts from site.
Otherwords. Fix your host so i can finally use it on my site otherwise i'll leave. Peace
In July I sent them a PM for a problem with my IP, and they never responded.
With so many companies that pay 24 hours or 3 days maximum by Paypal, it is unbelievable that instead of apologizing for the delay, you indicate that you have to send a PM so you can send the payment, today is 15 days without receiving the payment.
this is getting a bit ridiculous now with how many of my files don't play even when i have payed for the 1TB of inactivity space and the videos have views on them, which means somewhere along the line servers have gone down and lost the files and nothing has been said.
i know you have told me previously @Evoload-Jason that a server went down and the files will be fixed when the server is rebuilt but this has obviously not happened.
starting to look elsewhere now for streaming hosting as its not worth paying to save my files from being deleted if they cannot be played and taken out of the inactivity manager. If you could implement a red dot or green dot system next to the files that lets us know they have been corrupted or the server they are hosted on has gone down and not able to be replaced that might save me from leaving, but i think im going to start making the move and hopefully within a few months ill have the majority of files on a new host.
it will at least free up 4TB on your servers though so you should be happy

i cant even get a list for you as to try and view all 2000+ of my videos would take maybe a years worth of my time

Done, but next time we take no responsibility for Paypal payments, in case a account is not fully active by paypal or in case paypal refunded back to us, so always make sure to have a perfect working Paypal account before requesting a payment.
