Fixed thanks, sometimes the transfer from Encoding servers to Streaming servers get stuck, so we need to force it manually.

We are working already to make this automatically and to prevent such issues in the future.
 
Seems like Jason is a big scammer my payments rejected, but when i sent him pm for hundred times, his not replying , he just keep ignoring, when i sent many emails and pm with 100% respect , but he just keep ignoring

This is the proof, from last 3 month, they are not replying to any of my pm, he asked me many times for details, but when i sent him, he just ignored like always, be aware of this big scammer!

I need to mentioned that i sent him my traffic source and he paid me first time and verified me, he told me that i can keep uploading, when i reached and asked my money after that, he scammed me.

I've done that more than 10 Times, it's time wasting, not received even a single reply!
anyway anyone can see here, i will do it again , and will send email, just like you asked. will see you are going to reply or not.
