I made a payment order from my account and it appears as a btc auto payment, nothing ever came to my account, the order was made on 2021-04-24 18:05:35, I wrote by skype and I did not receive a response, now I see neither can upload files, what is happening?

Why?

Switch to BTC if you don't like to wait, as said before we are facing small issues with our exchanger so kindly patience.

BTC is cleared like usual, on other methodes there is a small delay.

Let me know if you like to cancel it, but we expect all to be cleared this week anyway.

Well getting into about 2 weeks since you said South Korea is on Tier4. Nothing changes yet and still no answer of my PM.
Jason, I've been using your service for long time from since Jetload, this is now pretty getting ridiculous stage. I've asked numerous times about "preimium accounts" and never getting a reply regarding this.
If you have a good reason, i wouldn't mind waiting for problem to resolve but I don't know why you are treating a good uploader like this.
Probably last time asking and I'm switching to other host. Thank you for your service.

@Evoload-Jason Again the web upload does not work. Non-stop throws out only one server (ID 3), and after uploading that the file is not uploaded. After a couple of refreshes, remove only the white background, without the upload server.

Web upload not working, even remote not working.

Should be fine now, there was some problems with our encoding servers lately it has been resolved.
