It's useless anyway, maybe 2 - 5 min downtime that's all they can do, possibly they could try with 1TB maybe they have a chance ..

We noticed lately that some users are not able to access our platorm espcially from leaseweb/global layer etc, we are working with our DC to resolve this as soon as possible.
