VPS EU VPS with own Iso - no OpenVZ - for VPN

Hello,
i'm searching for a VPS which will act as "roadwarrior" and will connect multiple vpn locations to one Network.
There is nothing illigeal on this VPS.
i need a dedicated IP with a real virtualisation and guaranteed ressources.
Please no OVH since their IP-guideline isn't what i want to do (like setting manually gateways, since it has to point to a specific ip)
I want to install my own system - so there must be the option to use my own iso and own Access during installation.
(i will install a freebsd)

so to go with the rules:
- Disk space? ~10GB
- Bandwidth? guaranteed 100MBit with a few TB (at least 5TB)
- RAM? at least 256MB
- Uptime? guaranteed 99.99%
- Managed? Unmanaged? Unmanaged
- Control panel preference? None
- Monthly budget? - Please keep it reasonable.
- Payment types that you can pay in? PayPal, Credit Card, Webmoney

Location: Somewhere in Europe, Germany, Netherlands, UK, etc.
The latency isn't a problem. But it should be able to handle a full symmetrical 100MBit connection. (around 12MB/s receiving and sending at the same time - this won't happen that often, but it should be able to handle this speed)
