Estrowebservices?

Hi friends,

Today the whole day my website was showing 500 service unavailable error and now in cpanel, while browsing databases, it is saying "mysql server is offline"...

don't know what's going on....
no reply to my tickets....

Anyone using estroweb facing same problems...?
Is this a reliable hosting provider...?

estrowebservices.com have the ip 173.193.106.10. on this ip firefox show me this:

all their sites are down...cant contact them and cant access my rapidleech since co.cc domains are closed also and cant change it..only ftp is working but cant do anything with it

my vps works but i can´t pay my new invoice.. i think their are complete offline... :-( no reaction on icq,msn or email... all servers getting down soon because the users can´t pay..
