I have received my refund cause i haven't upload copy of my ID and my credit car.

If i pay via paypal do you want verification ?
Because i don't want to to do the process of the verification.

The reason to ask for this documents is the charge back .
We keep your documents in our system for 30/45 days, Then it will be deleted .
Its regular procedure so no need to worry as we don’t share this sensitive details with any other company or entity .

What kind of upload speed problems you have ?

Network and Bandwidth:

*Budget servers is connected at 100Mbps. The bandwidth is 100Mbps guaranteed up to 5TB of monthly traffic. Beyond 5TB of monthly traffic, the bandwidth is 10Mbps guaranteed .
*Basic servers is connected at 100Mbps. The bandwidth is 100Mbps guaranteed .
*Pro and Ultra servers is connected at 1 Gbps. Internal and Incoming (Download) bandwidth is 1 Gbps guaranteed, Outgoing Bandwidth is 200 Mbps .
*Extreme servers is connected at 10 Gbps. Internal and Incoming (Download) bandwidth is 10 Gbps guaranteed, Outgoing Bandwidth is 300 Mbps .

Meh why would I give you my credit card when I could give it to OVH and get same servers for cheaper?

You need to consider adding more payment options

We sell OVH servers for the customers that not able to order from OVH Directly .

I already do :)

What I need now is a provider who sells good servers for Bitcoin or Liberty reserve (no chargebacks possible and ultra low fees with these methods btw...) since thats how my customers pay me mainly. And Bitcoin use is exploding.
