Sure Yes you can, We have our own panel on our site Its the same as OVH Control panel except that you can't Install/Reinstall Windows, you need to open ticket then the support will do the windows install/re-install immediately our support are available 24x7x365 .

For Kimsufi 16G with 1Gbps offer It's not available now, But we have It sometimes
You can contact us when you want to know via our site Sales@eqservers.com or open ticket, Any emails came via live chat If It was offline we answer it .

And You have to pay for Windows license with us .
