i paid once with my unverified Paypal account..and it was accepted,,depends to the host company itself,,ask them !

katzglobal.com cares about your privacy, so I'm guessing (but you'll have to check) that an unverified account will be fine. They also allow the option to pay via cash ^_^

You can simply ask the company. I don't think so it would be a big issue.

Depends on the company. Some have strict fraud testing in place. I would say no in general but some companies are willing to take the risk.
