End of Skype - What is Alternative Suggestion?

As of now, we know that Skype is going to be officially discontinued—Rest in Peace. An alternative has been provided in the form of Microsoft Teams.

How easy and comfortable is it for you to rely on Teams? The main concern on my mind is that Microsoft did not provide an option to back up our chats with clients, nor did they ensure that the same account would reflect the same chat history on Teams.

Teams is an option, but for chat history and backups, consider Zoom, Discord, or Signal.
