I have already set the time zone but this option does not change.

Go to php.ini

uncomment and set the value

[Date]

Put timezone after "=" sign
and uncomment it by removing ;

Snap-on Server Info under Desktop.

The Server Info dispatches the System Control Panel page. "Snap Advance System Settings" on the right. This will dispatch the System Properties page.

Select the appropriate decision under Remote Desktop and snap OK.
