Are you actually making any money from this or just claiming it 'can' earn (which no one can guarantee)?

[warezgalaxy]

the actual thing is this website has got all articles and everythig done , now this site needs a owner which can promote and promote it and do regular seo thats it... i dont have time to do it so it will do great because its main keyword is employment and there is low competition on it so you can get it ranked easily....

So basically this is a new website with no traffic no earning?

[warezgalaxy]

it is 2 year old site which is not been promoted and recently it is made to optimize for earning with affiliate and ads and articles all things done . so you only have to promote it ,and rest is already done .

• Domain fee paid until March 2014(~$33)
• Domain name will be pushed to your FREE NameCheap account

Where did the "~$33" came from?

Also

This website is build on WP Premium theme ($150 value)

• All WP premium plugins will be included with this site (total value is over $600)

So you paid $750 and your asking price is now $250?

IMO this thread is like those one endless page sale sites with their over exaggerating values (all bullshit) and comes with a ridiculous low price based on the value the say.
