Embed any video in wordpress

I am trying to get an anime site up but i cant figure how to insert the code to a post for a specific video.

i have this code

how can it make it work in a wordpress post?

on the add post screen click on text instead of visual and paste the code there when you finished pasting the code you can click back on visual
