Before complaining here, do you mind filling a support ticket in the client area to let us know the issue?

We don't even know what issues you are having, how can we work on it then?
And if you have a VPS product, then you should remember that FTP is not maintained by us locally on your server. Every VPS can have different VPS settings according to what the VPS owner sets them to. When we don't have any idea of what you have done or what could be the problem, how can we help you?
