I took a trial and found the support excellent.

However, if you use Rapidleech (although onshore it is allowed) transfer speed to/from Rapidshare, is low (which is understandable as the server is in the US). Upload speeds to hotfile are very fast.

There was no support for remote desktop. SSH is the way to communicate with the VPS.
