Hi! There is a problem with my account. I'm about to open a web page and started uploading videos (so that the web is not empty). It appears to me on the dashboard that I have 48 files and occupying 16.42gb but it should appear that I have more files and taking up less space. Could you verify it, please? Thank you.

Tho I was wondering, is there a way to remember the caption settings and not have to change it everytime on reload or other videos (like no brackgound, uniform Edge style etc...) ? This would be really good !

Hello! I have movie websites. I was renaming the file and suddenly none of the files I have uploaded appear to me ???? In addition, the remote upload does not upload more than 4 files at a time and when I click on a file to upload remotely, all uploads are canceled (It has happened to me several times). Any solution?

I have just updated the website. And added a new upload server test. I'll monitor it for the meantime and check the result if there's any errors on it. I still have another idea if this method did not work or did not improve right now. Thank you.

Thanks for all your effort. Last night i was uploading a series. All files succesfully uploaded but they are not playing. Other files that has been uploaded 3 days ago are working. Btw all files are encoded succesfully.
Edit: maybe is just encoding. I will wait some time, older files are working
