FTP upload is disabled at the moment. Go to User Settings and you can see it.

I have a small issue: when I use remote upload sometimes the videos are uploaded twice :) It's not a big deal, I can delete one of them. Maybe it's a bug in remote upload script because I had the same issue on Openload and Streamango.

I have disabled the FTP because it might get intterupted because of the attack.

Hello,

That is really bug, because there's no option right now where we can check if the youtube-dl is really downloading the file since it has no callback on it. Sorry about that. :)
 
I try your service today and I have this message: The media could not be loaded, either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported.

File is already reeconde before upload and works everywhere else. Servers down?

Why you dont make the remote upload only one link per time per user? I mean if add 100 links together for remote upload upload the files one by one not 10-20 together

Hello,

We have a thread system on remote upload, where only 3 urls are gonna be downloaded and if one of them got finished, the other submitted url will start downloading too. Anyway, i am looking for a way to optimize it but, I won't be able to show the progress of the download in a realtime. I'll start doing it like (progress % 2 == 0) and then show the progress. So, it will show the progress every 2% of the downloads. I actually like the current remote upload system but since we are poor, It can't be helped. :laughing:

Is this the same reason I see many files are frozen at Uploaded state and not transfering for encode? (I use multi upload from the dashboard not remote upload)

Hello,

No, it is unrelated but don't worry, either it is not transferred yet, the video will still be player as long it is mp4 file and streamable. Our queue will transfer it later & encode it.
