Hi ShareShiz, we see the exact same problem with windows vps, with linux I can reach 11mbps of upload, i´m still trying to fix this.

Hi, our VMWARE server is full, we have only slots on Linux/OpenVZ server at this time. If you want i can setup one VPS with linux and remote desktop for linux to you.

Can you tell me what bit of VMWare you are using? Are you using ESXi or ESX?
